Required qualifications for class “d” construction entrepreneur

1. Financial capacity:

It has to be registered with the Department of Industries as a private or public limited company or partnership firm with the running capital of a minimum of One  million rupees.

2. Description of key Human resource:

There should be a  provision to avail the whole time service of one technician  having passed certificate level in civil engineering, One administer having passed certificate level in any subject and  One persons having passed certificate level in commerce.

3. Machine and equipment:

f. Level (One)
g. Water pump (One)
h. Vibrator (One)

Note been:

1. While submitting an inventory of equipment, ownership certificate of equipment and insurance document thereof shall be submitted.
2. It has to be certified by a mechanical engineer who has  possessed educational qualifications of at least graduation in mechanical engineer and obtained membership of Nepal Engineers Association that the above-mentioned machines  and equipment are in proper condition.
3. The above-mentioned machines and equipment shall not  be sold and disposed of until at least Two yeas from the date of their registration.
4. Any machines and equipment which are more than Fifteen years old shall not be recognized for purposes of enhancing the standard of, and new registration of, the  construction entrepreneur.
